This website is run by Vilda Bučmytė, MB Fractional Vibes, Vilnius, Lithuania. I’m responsible for any personal data you share here. Questions? Write to vilda@bucmyte.com.
What I collect
When you contact me: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message – through the contact form or by email.
When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking tool (name, email, time slot, anything you add).
When you visit the site: basic, anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and device type.
Why I use it
To reply to you, prepare for our call and, if we work together, to manage our collaboration. Legal basis: your request and steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
I don’t sell your data, and I don’t add you to newsletters without asking.
Who else processes it
Framer – website hosting and contact form
[Calendly] – call booking
[Google Workspace] – email
Each of them processes data under their own privacy terms and GDPR-compliant agreements.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that don’t lead to a collaboration are deleted after 24 months. Client data is kept as long as the collaboration lasts and as required by Lithuanian accounting law.
